Alert: If you are exhibiting flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath it is important to immediately isolate yourself from others, and seek medical care early or call our practice on 9981 3111. Please do not attend the practice in person until you have discussed with our doctors by phone.

At Dee Why Medical Centre we are committed to caring for and supporting our patients during the coronavirus pandemic.

It is important for patients to continue with their usual health check-ups, procedures and immunisations. We are open 7 days to provide healthcare to individuals and families via telehealth (phone or video) consultation or face to face appointments.

Our practice has implemented safe practice to minimise the risk of spreading and protect patients and staff. These include physical changes to the waiting and consultation rooms, frequent cleaning and disinfection, recommending patients to wear a mask upon entering our practice, and asking patients about symptoms or recent travel or exposure to coronavirus when booking an appointment.

Keeping our community safe.
