It's easy to book an appointment through HotDoc and the wait times are short. The doctor I've seen has been excellent.
Good environment, good greeting, friendly and good customer services. I had Dr. appointment at 11:30am today. I went there about 11:25am as I was waiting for checking in , the receptionist was friendly to the older patients, she chatted nicely to that patient and made her smile before she left. At the waiting room, as I was waiting for my turn. One family came out from Dr. Richard Evans room with a smilie and happy faces before they left. I also experienced good service with Dr Richard, he made me happy and answered all my questions.
