Fees & Appointments
Payment is required on the day of the consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (excluding Diners) & HICAPS. For certain cases, such as workers compensation, pre medical employment and motor vehicle accident patients are required to pay their accounts at the time of consultation until a letter of liability is produced from their insurance company.
Saturday Consultation Fee: Please note that all consultations on Saturdays are privately billed.
In most cases, standard 15-minute consultation is $100, regardless of whether you are bulk billed during the week.

Fees & Payments
Dee Why Medical Centre is predominantly a private billing practice.
Bulk billing may be available with some doctors for:
• Children under 16
• Disability Pension holders
• DVA Gold/White card holders
Telehealth: $75 standard consult (covers one to two issues).
Overseas/non-Medicare patients: Private fees apply.
New patients booked with Dr Kevin Ng, Dr Robyn Maiolo, Dr Trudi Ambler or Dr Amir Mohtashami will be privately billed, including on Saturdays.

Dr Trudi Ambler’s consultation fees differ from the standard clinic fees.
