Fees & Appointments
Payment is required on the day of the consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (excluding Diners) & HICAPS. For certain cases, such as workers compensation, pre medical employment and motor vehicle accident patients are required to pay their accounts at the time of consultation until a letter of liability is produced from their insurance company.
Saturday Consultation Fee: Please note that all consultations on Saturdays are privately billed.
In most cases, standard 15-minute consultation is $100, regardless of whether you are bulk billed during the week.

Fees & Payments
Dee Why Medical Centre is predominantly a private billing practice. Some Doctors are Bulk billing for children under 16 years of age, Disability and DVA Pensioners Card Holders.
Telehealth appointments will be privately charged at $75 for a standard fee (one to two items to discuss).
Overseas/Non medicare card holders will incur private fees. Any new patients with Dr Kevin Ng, Dr Robyn Maiolo, Dr Trudi Ambler, Dr David Ross-Smith & Dr Amir Mohtashami will also incur private fees including saturdays.
Payment Surcharge Notice
Credit and digital payments will incur a transaction fee, which will be passed on as follows: American Express & Diners Club: 2.0%, Visa & Mastercard (credit): 1.5%, Visa & Mastercard(debit): 0.7%, EFTPOS & cash payments: No surcharge.
These fees are applied in line with Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) regulations.
